Although my dominant colors are pastel colors, other colors are also possible on request. Through my knowledge from body-oriented practices, I create a safe environment in which everyone can be themselves and shine. My artistic practice gives me a range of skills needed to design installations and products. I have already built +20 installations nationally and internationally. In March 2023 I was asked to be a curator at Pilar in Brussels. I am very interested in using my artistic skills for commercial use. I want to bring art to a wider audience so that it does not remain isolated in the art world.

We are our naked bodies, and bodies need touch. In scientific words, we need oxytocin to survive. In my artistic practice I investigate how the fusion of body-oriented practices and art can be used to create awareness about our indoctrinated view on intimacy and body representation.
I do talks, workshops and performances in which I use my knowledge and research as a body-oriented workshop facilitator. I explore contemporary themes such as mental health, body diversity, inclusivity and the need for physical human contact.

The importance of giving this knowledge to youngsters
Giving youngsters knowledge about body diversity, consent and learning to say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ can prevent trauma instead of needing to heal it. In my workshops for youngsters I employ my art as a visual guide to explore these themes. Through my aesthetic, I make these taboo topics more approachable. The sessions include low-key exercises involving touch and eye contact, where participants learn to interpret body language and express consent with ‘yes’ or ‘no’ responses.”
